Fascinating Articles

The Effect of Stress on DNA
This article dives deeper into how stress can impact which parts of your DNA are activated and expressed.
Minimalism is the key to getting sh*t done
While minimalism itself isn’t mindfulness necessarily, I believe there are a lot of parallels. Minimalism is the art of enjoying what you have, being in the moment with less, and finding beauty in simplicity. This article is not only helpful but inspiring but also introduced the concept of “decision fatigue” or taking on too much at once, causing our minds to lose focus. The more we can focus our intentions, the easier it can be to make choices and decisions that grant us liberty and certainty in our actions.
