Self care is an important part our daily lives. We need those ingredients that increase our self esteem and lessen our acts of self-sabotage and self-destructive patterns of behaviour.
Without our recipe for self love, we lack the things that can ease our pain and bring about calm. Self care is not being selfish, it is bringing yourself to the rightful place of understanding and loving who you are.
Self care is not one size fits all.
You deserve to feel fulfilled and rested. It is not some ‘woo-woo’ frivolous wellness plan, but a lifestyle that can give you renewed energy, a sense of self and awareness of your emotional and physical self, and empower you to change your mentality and your outlook on life.
