Sometimes we just don't have it in us to focus on the health of our bodies. Maybe you're giving all you've got just to get your family out the door in the morning. Perhaps you're working 50+ hour weeks. Let us encourage you - small movements are big movements here.

Don't have time for a run? 5 squats.

No energy to wash your hair? Dry shampoo will do.

If able, take the stairs today.

Commuting to work? Focus on your breathing.

All of these things matter. You matter!
