It’s no secret how difficult it is to sit in silence. We have all grown accustomed to noise - a constant stream of information.

Finding silence may be difficult for you and even uncomfortable. Let's try to sit in silence for just 60 seconds. That’s it. If at first, your mind doesn’t shut off, that’s okay - it’s processing a lot, often. Give it time, and try again. Just… try.
